JWR Propert Management, Inc is designed to meet the needs of both online rental shoppers and property owners. We recognize that the property owners have a common goal and ultimately that goal is to fill a vacancy.

We also offer a wide range of advertising products designed to maximize your exposure and to get your property rented.

For the online rental shoppers, our job is to fill vacancies, take care of the properties, and take care of the tenants that occupy them. Because of this, JWR Property Management team spends the vast majority of their time pounding the pavement, checking on properties, showing vacancies to prospective tenants and ensuring superior maintenance that will keep the owners property in top shape.

Our Management Specialists carry cellular phones rather than being tied to desks. As a result, we are always available to answer your call. Somtimes we may be on another call and you may get our voicemail. Just leave us a message and we will call you back ASAP.
